Jersey, Tris has an immediate opening for a hands-on Manager,
Revenue/Gross to Net – Brand Division. This is an individual
contributor role. SUMMARY: The Manager, Revenue/Gross-to-Net (GTN)
provides operational support to the Finance team by leading the
Brand Gross to Net function and assisting with timely and accurate
maintenance and completion of financial closing activities in
accordance, and in compliance, with Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP). Qualified candidate assists with sales
reporting, gross to net analysis and other general and/or daily
Finance activities including, but not limited to journal entries,
account reconciliations, etc., to support department operations and
analysis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead Brand gross-to-net financial
close process including but not limited to rate calculations,
reserve adjustments and other financial analysis. Perform analysis
of sales, returns, Medicaid data, Managed Care data, chargebacks,
wholesaler inventories & fees, voucher programs and other data to
ensure accuracy and appropriate reserves Prepare and post month end
accrual entries Collaborates with commercial operations and other
key stake holders on various aspects of Brand Revenue reporting
(e.g., weekly & monthly sales reports) Prepare monthly and
quarterly Brand Revenue schedules such as net sales reports to
facilitate Financial Reporting Reconcile Brand Fee for Service
invoices, coordinate approval and credit memo issuance. Coordinate
approval of Commercial invoices and payment processing Assists
department with mandatory government reporting by providing data to
our external government pricing partner Work with external auditors
to provide required schedules and support, for the interim and
annual audit Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Support improvement of internal controls and efforts to automate
and streamline processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of
the Company’s Financials Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors
degree in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline
REQUIRED. Minimum 6 years Accounting experience (minimum 3 of those
years in Brand (GTN) sales analysis and calculations in a
pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry) REQUIRED.
Working knowledge of general accounting principles, practices,
methods, and analysis REQUIRED Proficiency with Microsoft Office
(including advanced Excel skills) REQUIRED. Knowledge of JDE or
similar ERP systems PREFERRED. Work Arrangements: 4 days in office
/ 1 day remote Anticipated salary range: $120-140k/yr. Base salary
offered is contingent on assessment of candidate’s education and
experience level relative to requirements of the position and a
review of related industry standards and internal equity.
