  • Drive the Deal Flow: Originate, pitch, and execute high-profileM&A and capital markets transactions across IndustrialTech-automation, advanced manufacturing, sensors, IoT, and more.
  • Own the Client Relationship: Cultivate, deepen, and expandrelationships with C-suites, founders, and Boards of high-growth andmiddle-market tech companies
  • Shape Strategy: Define and implement business developmentstrategies and sector coverage plans with real autonomy and leadership
  • Lead From the Front: Manage the full deal lifecycle fromorigination through closing, ensuring best-in-class execution andclient service

      • 10+ years of investment banking experience, with deep sectorknowledge and transaction experience in Industrial Technology
      • Proven track record of deal origination and execution (M&A,private placements, IPOs)
      • FINRA Series 79 (required); MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalentcredentials preferred
      • Strong network and business development instincts; ability tobuild pipelines and win mandates
      • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills; deepunderstanding of corporate finance
      • Dynamic leadership style with a collaborative, high-performance mindset
