If so, our client is hiring a Construction Tax Partner!What You'll Do:

• Reviews, research findings, tax returns and work paper, formulates conclusions consistent with policies and professional standards, and determines implications and best course of action.
• Ensures all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented.
• Understands the policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Develops and maintains client relationships.
• Dedicates time to coaching and developing others through training, providing them opportunities and helps them succeed.
• Actively communicates the client's needs and facts to the appropriate team members to execute the work.
• Builds relationships across industry service groups to ensure client service excellence through an integrated approach.
• Develops trust worthiness with the client and team members.
• Manages progression of quality deliverables on time, in scope and within budget and realization goal. -What You Bring:
  • Over 10 years of experience.
  • B.A or B.S. degree in Accounting.
  • MST or MBA degree is highly desired.
  • CPA license is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry.
  • Strong technical skills in taxation.
