Branch Operations Specialist to join their branch office in Saddle
Brook, New Jersey. This role requires superior interpersonal skills
as well as organizational and multi-tasking skill sets. The
candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a
member of a team under the leadership of the Operations
Manager.Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining the day to day
operations to ensure operational excellenceSupport client
onboarding processMaintain and process documentsAssist with audit
preparationsCommunicate effectively and efficiently with home
office personnelInteract and support branch staff and all levels of
managementInteract on routine/sensitive mattersEnsure that all
documents are sent to home office in a timely mannerCross training
within other positions in the Operations areaWilling and able to
take on additional tasksAssist Branch Control Officers with
syndicate processQualificationsSeries 7 Licensed2+ years of
experience in financial servicesBrokerage operations
experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate
Microsoft Office skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer
systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find
informationExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and
prioritizing skills
