  Job Description:
  
  We are seeking a skilled paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal process related to personal injury cases and will be proficient in assisting attorneys with case preparation, management, and client communication.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and gathering evidence.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances, and coordinate attorney calendars accordingly.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with the court and other relevant agencies as required.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
    • Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and court procedures related to personal injury cases.
